Paul's Place

Paul’s Place

IMG_3467_Low resPaul’s Place is located at The Old Bakery in the beautiful village of Georgeham near Croyde on the North Devon coast.

Paul’s Place provides both B&B and self-catering accommodation and is run by Paul’s parents David and Pippa Morton. It is open to the general public trading as The Old Bakery, but David and Pippa’s main focus is very much on providing young adults, their family and friends, a much needed break in a comfortable and caring environment. More than just accommodation for a short holiday, Paul’s Place aims to be somewhere special that will be a source of strength, hope and positive memories for all who come, whatever their circumstances.

The Bed & Breakfast accommodation is located in the main house and comprises three bedrooms – a twin, a double, and a ground floor room with two divan beds which can be arranged as either twins or a double. This room also has a sofa bed, and an accessible shower room suitable for people with impaired mobility.

There is a guest lounge and the kitchen is available to guests after breakfast for their own use offering a flexible semi self-catering option. In fact groups booking all three guests rooms can opt to fully self cater.

We also now have a brand new fully self-catering cottage called “The Garden Room” located in the middle section of our garden.

Arranged in an L shape and open plan, The Garden Room accommodation comprises a bedroom / living area with sofa TV etc, and a kitchen/dining area and shower room. The bedroom has two divan beds which can be arranged as either twins or a double making it suitable for both singles and couples.

You can contact David and Pippa for more information and to make a  provisional bookings whilst applications are being processed. You can also check availability via our on-line availability calendar .  Please note we may sometimes block out dates for potential Paul’s Place guests so even if it shows there is no availability, it is always worth checking with David and Pippa.
